All cancellation information should be sent at least 48 hours before, through a Letter / Mail for individual bookings and 14 days prior to arrival in the case of group booking of a minimum 05 rooms.

One Night’s room charge is levied, if reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of check in date or no show.
